Data Sharing with Third Parties

3J Super does not sell your personal data. However, in the normal course of operating our services, certain categories of third parties may receive limited access to your information for specific purposes.

3.1 Payment Service Providers. When you make a deposit or withdrawal using Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, or FPX, the required transaction information will be shared with the relevant payment provider to process the transaction. These providers have their own privacy policies and security standards that are independent of 3J Super.

3.2 Game Providers. Platform 3J Super uses games from licensed third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, SA Gaming, and others. To ensure games function correctly, certain session information (such as game ID and associated account balance) may be shared with these providers during an active session. These providers do not receive your full personal identification details.

3.3 Statutory Authorities. 3J Super is required to disclose certain information to Malaysian authorities when mandated by law — including for criminal investigations, court orders, or anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirements. Such disclosures are made without prior notice to you where the law prohibits such notification.

These providers may store your data on their servers, but they are bound by strict data processing agreements and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

Privacy FAQs at 3J Super

The most frequently asked questions from members regarding data protection and privacy on our platform.

Yes. Your MyKad number and other identification details you provide to 3J Super is stored in encrypted form using encryption standards equivalent to those employed by Malaysian banking institutions. Access to this information within our internal systems is restricted to personnel who require it solely for identity verification (KYC) or legal compliance purposes. We do not share your MyKad number or identification details with external parties unless required by law or for KYC processes directly related to your account.

3J Super stores your bank account number or the phone number linked to your e-wallet (such as Touch 'n Go or GrabPay) for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals, and to ensure funds are returned to the correct payment method. We do not have access to your bank account or e-wallet balance or transaction history — we only receive confirmation of whether a transfer was successful from the respective payment system. Your payment account details are stored in encrypted form within our systems.

3J Super uses IP addresses to determine general location (country/state) for compliance and security purposes — not for precise location tracking. We do not request or use GPS data from your device. IP addresses are used to detect suspicious access attempts from unusual locations, which is an important security measure to protect your account. IP addresses also help us identify multiple account access originating from the same source.

When you close your account 3J Super, we will retain your transaction records and identification information for the minimum period required under Malaysian law — at least 6 years for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. This is a legal requirement that cannot be waived. Marketing data and communications will be deleted or anonymised within 30 days of account closure. Once the legally mandated retention period has elapsed, all your data will be securely deleted from our systems.

Monitoring and logging of gaming activity is an essential part of the operation 3J Super which cannot be disabled for active accounts. This is necessary to ensure fair play, resolve disputes, detect fraud, and meet licensing requirements. This gameplay activity data also allows us to accurately calculate cashback, referral bonuses, and loyalty programme benefits. However, you may request that we do not use your gaming history for personalised marketing communications — this can be done through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.

If you suspect your account 3J Super has been accessed without your authorisation, take the following steps immediately: (1) Change your password from a trusted device; (2) Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if not already active; (3) Contact customer support 3J Super via live chat to report the incident and request a review of your account activity; (4) Check your transaction history to identify any unrecognised activity. Our security team will investigate and take appropriate action within 24 hours, including temporarily freezing your account if necessary to protect your balance.
